We are expanding our commercial presence in the Nordics and are looking for a Regional Sales Director (Norway & Sweden) to lead our growth in these key markets. This is a senior sales role responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue, developing regional go-to-market activities, and ensuring strong execution across Norway and Sweden.
As the Regional Sales Director, you will take ownership of revenue generation in Norway and Sweden. You will personally lead high-value sales opportunities while supporting and driving performance across the broader Scandinavian sales team through collaboration, coaching, and performance management. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and other regional sales leaders to deliver against ambitious short and mid term growth targets, strengthen customer relationships, and position Infrakit as the preferred digital partner for infrastructure construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver sales targets for Norway and Sweden (both personal and regional targets).
- Develop and execute the regional sales plan, including account segmentation, pipeline building, and key customer engagement strategies.
- Lead by example as an individual contributor, managing your own sales pipeline and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
- Drive performance management across the regional sales team (3 Sales Directors + 1 Solution Engineer) — ensuring accountability, best practice sharing, and consistent execution.
- Act as the senior point of contact for strategic customers and prospects in Norway and Sweden.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on campaigns, demos, proposals, and customer value delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to the Head of Sales.
- Represent Infrakit at key customer meetings, partner events, and industry forums, acting as a visible ambassador for the company and our mission.
