We are expanding our commercial presence in the Nordics and are looking for a Regional Sales Director (Norway & Sweden) to lead our growth in these key markets. This is a senior sales role responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue, developing regional go-to-market activities, and ensuring strong execution across Norway and Sweden.

As the Regional Sales Director, you will take ownership of revenue generation in Norway and Sweden. You will personally lead high-value sales opportunities while supporting and driving performance across the broader Scandinavian sales team through collaboration, coaching, and performance management. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and other regional sales leaders to deliver against ambitious short and mid term growth targets, strengthen customer relationships, and position Infrakit as the preferred digital partner for infrastructure construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver sales targets for Norway and Sweden (both personal and regional targets).
  • Develop and execute the regional sales plan, including account segmentation, pipeline building, and key customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead by example as an individual contributor, managing your own sales pipeline and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Drive performance management across the regional sales team (3 Sales Directors + 1 Solution Engineer) — ensuring accountability, best practice sharing, and consistent execution.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for strategic customers and prospects in Norway and Sweden.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on campaigns, demos, proposals, and customer value delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to the Head of Sales.
  • Represent Infrakit at key customer meetings, partner events, and industry forums, acting as a visible ambassador for the company and our mission.


Qualifications
You are a driven and customer-focused sales professional with a strong understanding of how technology transforms the construction and infrastructure sectors. You combine hands-on selling with the ability to influence and guide peers toward performance excellence. You enjoy closing deals, building relationships, and representing an innovative SaaS solution that makes a real impact.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally in enterprise or infrastructure-related sectors.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles (from qualification to close).
  • Deep understanding of the Norwegian and/or Swedish market, with an existing network in construction, engineering, or public sector organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Norwegian or Swedish (native or professional proficiency).
  • Collaborative and organized: experience in leading sales teams and working cross-functionally to deliver results.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
  • Background in construction technology, BIM, digitalization, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with public procurement processes and frameworks in Norway or Sweden.
  • Strong competency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Experience in a scale-up environment, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.

Location & Working Conditions
  • Based in Oslo, Norway (preferred); alternative locations in Sweden may be considered.
  • Hybrid/remote flexibility, with regular travel across Norway and Sweden for customer and team meetings.
  • Competitive compensation package: base salary + performance-based incentives + stock options.
  • Reports to: Head of Sales.
