Your mission
We are looking for a Demand Generation & Campaign Manager to own and scale demand generation for Infrakit in Scandinavia. You’ll design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns (content, release, webinars, events, ABM) that create and capture demand, turning awareness into pipeline. Some campaigns will run globally in English; you’ll also support other regions when needed.
What You’ll Do- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (webinars, content, new releases, email nurtures, landing pages)
- Localize and refine campaign and product messaging in Norwegian and Swedish
- Run ABM plays (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) with Sales for priority accounts; orchestrate offers, ads, sequences, and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with Scandinavian Sales & Customer Success teams to align campaigns to account needs and customer pain points
- Interview customers, attend trade shows, and feed real insights back into campaign creative and copy
- Support regional events (planning, promotions, and on-the-day coordination) when required
- Build lifecycle programs that move prospects to MQLs and SQLs; ensure crisp handoffs
- Track performance (traffic → MQL → SQL → Opp → Revenue) and report insights
- Potentially manage external agencies for creative, media, and event production
- Contribute to select global English campaigns and launches with Scandinavian inputs
